Is this the correct breaker

I have a 125 amp eaton breaker to be changed to a 60 amp eaton breaker

See images

What numbers on the two images should I be comparing to see if the 60 amp is the same as the 125 amp

Appears to be the same frame and interrupting capacity.... should not be a problem
 
They should be the same. The blue one is listed to IEC standards so it has a list of non-US voltages.

Side story of pretty much useless information (my specialty):

The REASON why they changed the label and added all the IEC stuff is due to IEC rules that went fully into effect in 2018 requiring all electrical equipment to now be "recyclable". In the older series of the breakers (the 125A in the pic), the body/frame of the breaker was made of FRP (Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic), which is not recyclable. The newer version "World Series" with the blue labels now have bodies made of 100% recyclable plastics. Doesn't matter a hill of beans here (yet), but all breaker mfrs have had to do this if they want to sell the same product worldwide.
