Island receptacles 2020 code cycle

Would the code requirement be met if a receptacle was located at the end of the island and just inside an openable cabinet door?

It would be 10” below the work surface and 3” inside.

I don’t see how a receptacle in a cabinet behind a cabinet door could be looked at as one of the required receptacle outlets to satisfy 2020 nec 210.52(c)(2)(a) and (c)(2)(b) .
