If the the KVA rating is 5450 and pf is 1
The primary side of the transformer has a 4.16kv value
The secondary value is 2.08kv and the tertiary is 2.08kv.
I calculated the line current from the secondary as 756amps because I included the tertiary value, is the correct?
Need help

Are you sure you didn't mean .208kV, as in 208V? Because 2.08kV is 2008V, not an industry standard.

The secondary is delta and tertiary is wye. So what would be the correct way?

Very unusual
the most common is wye-wye with isolated (unconnected) delta tertiary
the tertiary circulates the unbalance resulting from a wye-wye prim-sec
is the tertiary connected or isolated?

no idea without out a diagram or nameplate
