Am I correct in saying that according to 314.16(B)(5) Isolated equipment grounding conductors are no longer counted towards box fill?

I believe you are correct. The 2020 Nec appears to have done away with it's reference to 250.146(D)

They are all counted for box fill as the are all equipment grounding conductors, however if there are less than four total equipment grounding conductors of any type in the box, no additional volume is required. If you have more than four equipment grounding conductors of any type, an additional 1/4 volume is required for each conductor over four.
