If you didn't need separate neutrals for each circuit you can use type AC-HCFC or MC-HCFC which will have redundant EGC's.

Don't feel like searching right now, I know for sure it is out there...hot, neutral, green, green with yellow tracer.

I have also used 12-3 MC, use black and white for the circuit, stripped the insulation off the red and used that for an equipment ground and the green for isolated ground.

oops,,,just noticed you are wanting three hots and separate neutrals and an extra green.

Repurposing Individual Conductors in the Cable

The recommendation of getting a cable with the
number of conductors needed would be most likely
the line of least resistance.
Identify the ends and move on (hopefully)
as reidintification of #12 I believe is technically
not allowed by code, but in my experience
we had the MC modified for our use. So there
may need to be a custom cable made to meet
NEC requirements for circuit identification.

Could this be done with seperate MC cables
ran together to the destination? That may
make it easier since 4 & 5 wire MC should
be easier to get.

Hopefully your project goes well with
whatever the final decision is.

Smart$, I was looking at the Southwire link, and the product spec had two tables. The second table listed the multiple grounds. I need to learn to do the quotes/links, sorry.

Aha! You are correct. Page 3 of 3 lists 12/3P-3N-2G
