When taking an isolated ground back to the power system grounding point it must be run in the same raceway as the branch (and feeder) conductors. What happens when you have paralleled conductors? Must an isolated ground be run in each of the raceways back to the main service or just one?
Furthermore, if you have multiple IG's from various sub-panels, could you bring them to a buss or splice box in a sub-distribution board before combining them into a single isolated ground conductor and taking it back to the main service. If so, how would you size this IG (equivalent area, amperage, etc.)
