Does code allow the installation of Isolated Grounding Receptacles if no true isolated grounding system exists. The use of the receptacles is to identify receptacles connected to a UPS system, utilization is for color only, and they are labeled as UPS receptacles. They are not wired as a isolated grounding receptacle

Nope

406.2(D)(1)

I assume you jumpered the green screw to the box and have an equipment grounding conductor connected to the box. Not a safety issue really (if the above is done), but it is a violation.

Re: Isolated Grounding Receptacles

Why not install colored plates to designate the UPS receptacles?

Or colored receptacles. I have used grey in the past for computer power.
