Utilizing 3 6" pvc conduits to a 3000A MDP. grouping parallel runs in an isolated phase per conduit manner. Planned on 9 800 CU runs using the 70 degree calc. Is it required to derate these conductors?

Why do would you want to do this iso-phase? Also a 90° C conductor van use it's 90° C ampacity for the derating calculation.
