Today it was brought to my attention that a 16x16 junction box can be used as a pull box for both F/A, Power, and data feeds. To accomplish this we would have 5 pipes coming into the bottom of the box 3 power 1 data and 1 f/a. Now according to code this can not be done due to the fact that the F/A and data have to be isolated. To isolate the the wires in the box a coworker suggested using sealtight on the inside of the box to keep the two feeds isolated and separate from the power. Is this against code? Technically it is isolated through the 16x16 box. Any thoughts?

I've done that before, its easy to do with a female LT connector, T&B has them.Fittings are designed to be on the outside of a box. Of course then you don't have a pull box...
