Maddawg, if you are referring to "Isolated Power Systems" as Iwire asked, the grounding, which more correctly is "Equipotential Bonding" in this case, (below .1 ohm) is quite simple.
All bonding will go to, or originate from, a Reference Ground Bus, which in modern systems, is normally in the Isolation Panel.
Assuming you have pulled an EGC with the primary to the Isolation Panel/s, the bonding would be common with the buildings grounding system, but have no fault clearing function to the Isolation served devices or equipment.
Note, all Normal Branch Circuit panels must be bonded to all Essential Branch Circuit panels(once again think Equipotential) which serve the same Patient Vicinity with an insulated # 10 minimum conductor, see 517.14.
