we have isolation panels that are 30 yr. old , and on some the LIMs do not work anymore. The rooms that there in are not wet ,nor is flamable gases used. Do i need to put new LIMs in the panels, change out to normal panels, or do nothing?

If these rooms are not required to have Isolation Power Systems per your local / state codes, you should do away with them.

If you choose or have to leave them in place, the LIM's must be working so you will need to repair or replace them.
