It has a circuit interrupter or switch with fuses

Hello, everyone. I have seen in various places this type of enclosure that is next to the electrical panel. Does that equipment have a circuit interrupter, or is it a disconnect switch with fuses? For what I am seeing it has a circuit interrupter.

IMHO... Hard to tell from the image, but it appears to be either a molded case circuit breaker or a molded case switch.

Oh, thank you. So, it can serve both purposes, correct? I didn't know that there are moded case switch.
