It is possible to pass in 3 months!!

I passed my state exam today it took all of four hours but I passed! the last code class I took was 8 years ago! What I did do was picked up Mike holts journeyman exam the 900$$ one and spent the last 3 months 4-6 hours a day watching and taking all the practice test I only watched the Wiring methods, general req, raceway and box calc and voltage drop DVD twice!
My advice is don't let them trick you with the question watch for word like over or under! Good luck

Congratulations on passing the exam! I have a few of the MH dvd's too but to be honest they sure do make the eyes heavy. I much preferred the books and practice exams.

You probably got as much benefit from the practice tests as you did from the material it covers.

Not to denigrate the material at all, but taking tests is a learned skill that is every bit as important as the material that is covered.

I used the DVD's as well and had no problem passing the journeymans exam.

It was the Idaho state exam and yes the practice exam made the difference they get you primed and ready for the pressure and the time!
