It seems to be fine, there was a pair of tree limb nippers next to it that looked like they got ran over. I dont really know what I would ever need it for, I have a couple buddies that work at the utility company, I will ask them if they are missing one.

Whenever I am in a commercial ceiling, I make sure to shine my flashlight around to see what tools other trades have left up there on top of ceiling tiles, ductwork etc. that have fallen out of other people's toolbags. Recovering fallen tools is the only way to make up for all the tools that have fallen out of my bag / truck.

I think each time I have a good find along the side of the road or in a ceiling cavity, karma strikes and I loose one of my own.

So far I've found a brand new set of drill bits and I mean brand new, it doesn't look like any of them had been used, a nice fiberglass painters pole and I found one of the "dog sticks" that the utility guys carry. I've never used the stick on a dog, but it works great on irate customers.
