Hello, I am not really familiar with the Siemens and ITE circuit breaker line. I usually specify Square D 90% of the time of projects. So, I apologize in advance if this question is pretty general or vague. I am looking to replace some ITE branch circuit breakers between 50A & 100A in an old panel. Are the Siemens circuit breakers a direct replacement for ITE circuit breakers? Can you get new ITE circuit breakers or only refurbished ones? Thank you!

They should be compatible. Remember that approved breakers are listed by breaker type, not manufacturer.

Certainly. Beaker types like BR, MP, etc., are compatible in panels labeled to accept them, regardless of who manufactured either the breaker or the panel.
Oh I see what you mean.

So for instance in an Eaton panel, the label will state approved breaker types as BR, BQC, etc. And if Square D made a type BR breaker, that would be approved in the Eaton panel.

Exactamundo. BR started as BRyant. Many older panels actually listed other brands' breakers.

For example, this Arrow-Hart panel label lists Murray, Bryant, Westinghouse, and ITE:
