ITE replacement guts / interior

Hello I was wondering if anyone might have a source for t ITE 100A residential meter main with distribution. One of the breakers was arcing to the bus and it is compromised need to replace the busing distribution section.

16 space panel, The interior is different from modern Siemens meter main.

Looking to replace the distribution buss, there was a breaker that arced and caused damage to the bus. It is a semi flush I need meter main in stucco.
 
2017 NFPA 110.21(A)(2) requires mixed-model parts be field evaluated, unless that bus is excluded as one-for-one listed replacement per UL definition of reconditioned equipment.
 
If the available short circuit current is 10,000 amps of less, you can put other brands of guts in the existing enclosure per 408.8(A) in the 2020 code.

2020 NFPA-70 said:
N 408.8(A) Panelboards. Panelboards shall not be permitted to be reconditioned. This shall not prevent the replacement of a panelboard within an enclosure. In the event the replacement has not been listed for the specific enclosure and the available fault current is greater than 10,000 amperes, the completed work shall be field labeled, and any previously applied listing marks on the cabinet that pertain to the panelboard shall be removed.

Since the OP is in CA, we are on the 2017 so the 2020 has no relevance. To the OP, what is the approximate age of the panel? 1970's, 1980's?
 
Some AHJ's regard the NEC as a permissive standard, which is informed by new developments that help clarify prior language.

Regulating reconditioned equipment is one of those developments in process of clarification. If the OP presented an RFI with the 2020 language, it is not beyond an AHJ to consider it.
