IZ values are different, catalog versus specification. Transformer EX45T3H

If you look through transformer catalog, transformer EX45T3H has IZ% = 3.9%
If you look through specification of transformer EX45T3H %IZ = 0.051%

Both PDFs are attached. Why manufacturer provides different numbers?

The product data sheet is clearly a misprint. I don't think it is possible to build a transformer with an impedance less than 1%.
The data sheet appears to be very generic it is not truly a factory submittal. I think it is used for worse case construction possibilities.

Transformer designs are tweaked on a fairly regular basis, so to have a catalog sheet from 2016 showing 3.9% and a generic data sheet showing 5.1% in 2020 is not surprising to me.
