J-box with terminal strips in Class 1 Div 2 Area

The voltage in the J-box is 24vac. The box is a Type 4. Are seal-offs required at the box?

Seals are only necessary when the box is required to be explosionproof. See 501.15(B)(1).

In this case should the j-box be rated xp? Low voltage with no arch producing devices inside. Thanks for your help.
