If you keep it cord and plug connected no additional grounding will be needed.

If you hardwire it you will need a rod or two.

Were to bond and were to ground.

Were to bond and were to ground.

Were to ground is easy. Do it at the building disconnecting means. In the case of that trailer that will be at it's manufacturer installed panel.

The bonding is a different issue. If the generator neutral is bonded to the frame of the generator (engine alternator) set then you remove the bonding screw or strap in the trailers panel. If the generators neutral is not bonded to it's frame then you would bond it at the trailers panel. In either case you run separate equipment grounding and neutral conductors between the generator and the trailer panel.

The generator should probably already have a bonded neutral conductor and it's frame should be bonded to the frame of the vehicle if it is to be operated while on the vehicle. If the receptacle outlets on the generator are not all GFCI protected then the bonding of the neutral to the generator frame is the only way that a fault will produce enough current flow to open the circuits over current protective device and clear the fault prior to human contact with the resultant energized surfaces.
