Can anyone provide me with a copy of your logging method or template for elctrical outlet tension testing? Also what is the frequency and location of outlets that need tested ?

someone else just recently posted a question on receptacle testing. I agree with the above answer - its covered in NFPA 99.

Without looking it up, and just going by memory:

1. I believe you only have to test receptacles in certain areas - maybe only critical care, or patient bed locations, or something like that.
2. I believe hospital grade receptacles only need tested when installed, or serviced or replaced.
3. I believe non-hospital grade recetpacles need tested yearly.

I'm not 100% sure on any of that, so you should get NFPA 99 and verify. (you can read it for free on NFPA's website.)

I posted answers in another thread a couple of days ago but I am not sure where I left it.
