Journey mans Exam?

I have never tried to get my State License or Journeyman's Card. Are they a different test?

Here in Wisconsin before you can even take the exam you will need to have a minimum of four years of actual on the job training. Then you will be allowed to take the test which is hard. It was a 100 question, timed four hour test with questions from all chapters of the code version that was in effect at the time as well as the Comm. 16 (WI additions to the code book). You could use a plain calculator, the code book-not the handbook and needed a 75% to pass.

Thank you for the site. I have been there but I didn't see any references to the different tests other than the names, and there was nothing that said journeyman card test. I am going to call the number from the site today. Again, thanks for your help.
