Junction Box Size?

Can someone tell me what the correct size junction box is for splicing 4 #12-2 wires together?

Sure take a look at NEC section 314.16.
I make the assumption if you are doing electrical work then you will have a NEC.

By the way I notice your profile states account. I don't do accounting, you should not do electrical.
