junction box sizing for polaris connector

When sizing a junction box that will contain splices, such as with polaris connecters, is the wire-bending space at terminals (312.6) a factor? I see in 314.28 that it is specifically required for power distribution blocks but I don't see it mentioned for other types of splices. Thank you.

After doing a little research on the matter, I believe you are correct.

There is...UL category "QPQS" and listed to UL 1953..
