On a side note, rather than start a new thread since it is related to the same install, inspector told me to use expansion sleeves every 5-10 ft. ....

If for some off the wall reason you rigidly clamped each stick in the middle you could need an expansion coupling at each joint. Which is why we do not rigidly clamp the pipe!

Yep. Possibly 3, depends on how that 10’ section works out.
