If I understand what you are indicating, this is not a series rated system, it is a fully rated system that is selectively coordinated if it will coordinate under all levels of available faults. :)

don't you love semantics?:grin:

This breaker would only have a label that says 10kAIC, so the only way it can be used is in this case is as a 65/10k 'series rated' system. My point, is that selective coordination and series ratings are not always mutually exclusive.
