This question pertains to MA but I'm guessing has parallel's in every state.
Mass uses the 2009IBC with Mass Amendments for it's building code. Within the building code it includes versions of a wide variety of standards, those of most interest to the electrical industry including: NFPA 72, 99, 101 and 112.
These of course come out at regular intervals with updated versions which Mass does not automatically adopt, that process takes time and sometimes later versions of a standard never get adopted. Sometimes they skip a version and adopt the next version after that.
It's all very confusing trying to remember which ones apply. Does anyone know of a web site that keeps track of these referenced standards such that one can readily see which ones apply and which ones do not?
Thanks,
Mike
