Yes and no.
The Kellems are used for strain relieving a cable or flexible cord where it leaves a box for a pendant fixture or receptacle. It is designed to grab the flexible outer cover of Sxxx flexible cord, for example. It can also be used for pulling. And it may be used for the tension end of a horizontal overhead span.

The others are intended for use when a long vertical run of cable (continuous) has been pulled through enough floors that it needs to be supported at the top to keep it from pulling the terminating length back into the hole and/or supported at intermediate floors to keep it from stretching beyond its rated tension limit. One use would be in a vertical chase or stack of wiring rooms in a multi-story building.

There are some jobs where you can use either, but for the two specific cases above only one of them will work well and make an inspector happy.

So a Kellem would not be used supporting wire in a verical feeder run??

Kellems is not one particular product, it is a product line of the Hubbell name (I think). Most of the products in the line have similar characteristics which is primarily the support of cables and conductors and they all do so in a similar fashion.
