Kitche equipment harmonic loads??

I had friend asking me about a new commercial kitchen that he was working on, and he was asking about some of the new equipment that had computers with them. He was wondering if I had run into any 'harmonic' loads with new kitchen equipment being made. I cannot say I have, even though we pull seperate neutrals for alot of the circuits anyways. But I do not see a reason or have run into one where sharing the neutral would be a problem because of harmonic loads on new kitchen equipment with smart computers on them. Have any of you run into any of that?

The power draw for kitchen equipment computers must be a very small fraction of the avg. draw of the whole appliance?

I guess you could put a scope across a shunt and check this.
