In a commercial kitchen are receptacles installed over counter top work spaces only required to be calculated at 180 volt amps for each duplex receptacle? This would be the same for other general purpose receptacle installed in other parts of the kitchen? Receptacles for refrigeration equipment would be sized to the piece of equipment installed in that location?
