Are under the rules of Article 220.56 Kitchen Equipment- Other than Dwelling Unit(s) NEC 2005, refrigerator and freezers, kitchen equipments?

The second line of the article reads: ?These demands factors shall be applied to all equipment that has either thermostatic control or intermittent use as kitchen equipment.?
