I would like to thank everyone for there input, as I read the code sections over and over again on this requirement I understand it now I think. As I understand it the 2 small appliances circuits shall have no other outlets unless it's in the kitchen, pantry and dining room and refrigeration equipment and power for gas igniter for stove. And the fridge shall be permitted to be installed from an individual 15amp branch circuit. Again thanks for helping.

As a quality control issue to think about as well-
Many larger appliances will now void their warranty if it breaks while not connected to a dedicated circuit.
And I know some will then say- prove that it wasn't- But then thats a question of scruples.

Can you show us something on this? Sounds like an urban legend.

I don't see a reason why they can't void the warranty if it's discovered that the App wasn't installed per manufacture specs.

Side note: Strangely enough, most things don't break down until after the warranty...............

Should we buy extended warranties:rolleyes:
