Kitchen sink outlets vs dishwasher

One side of the kitchen sink has cabinets and will allow for a counter-mounted pop-up outlet. The other side of the sink has a 24" dishwasher. Behind the sink, cabinet, and dishwasher is a bay window with triple 2x4 framing. What are different alternatives for the gfci outlet on the dishwasher side?

Talk to your AHJ and ask him to tell you where to install it?
