Article 220.56 refers to table 220.56 - Demand Factors for Kitchen Equipment - Other Than Dwelling Unit(s). It is obvious to me this demand would apply to a single restaurant. Does it also apply to multiple units of equipment in two or more small fast-food services? If the combination of kitchen equipment in two or more fast-food services were six or more can the demand factor for the service feeder be 65% as it would for a single restaurant with six or more units of equipment?
