Refresh rate is slow as hell. Input impedance sits at 0.8MOhms. Not 10 MOhm. So not quite Lo-Z, but not qute
In AC mode, when exposed to DC voltage, it reads DC voltage x 2 in AC range when connected negative to black, positive to red. Nothing when connected to DC in opposite polarity.
Basically, this is functionally equivalent to Harbor Freight $6 multimeter, but is approved for CAT III 600v.

Lots pricier than the Klein, though. But mine's about 25 years old so I guess I've gotten my money's worth.
