Koheler 20KW Install

I am in the middle of building a new house. I received my kohler 20kw generator last week. My builder is now waiting on me to set up the generator so we can get the electrical done. here is what i ordered. http://www.electricgeneratorsdirect.com/Kohler-20RESAL-SA7-Standby-Generator/p13615.html

i spoke with an electrical engineer and i was able to get the correct sizing based on my install. Can someone help me with install information? i am a mechanical person with very little electrical experience. I have wired plugs and lights, but never something like this. I am doing this myself to save money. thanks ahead of time for any help and i will be sure to answer any questions y'all have for me.
