Kohler 20KW Generator W/ Service Entrance ATS w/o Load Center

I have a few questions on installation of this system:

At existing meter pan is 2/0 CU SEU, and Main distribution panel is 200 AMP. Utility neutral strap only, with no separate ground.

1 -Should neutral bonding jumper remain connected on the ATS?

2 - Should the ATS be grounded separately or should the ATS utilize the Main Distribution's ground rod?

3- Should the generator have it's own ground rods - 2 called for, front and rear of unit or utilize neutral only.
