i have kohler ats witch controlled with MPAC 1500 V 2
I NEED TO KNOW THE VOLTAGEOF TRANSFER MOTOR RUN
Are you referring to the solenoid that transfers the Main Contactor, because the only one that uses motors is Russelectric. Kohler uses other manufactures for the Main Contactor like ASCO, Zenith, etc. It would help if you sent a pic of ATS nameplate showing model, serial#, etc.

Technically correct for most smaller ATS’s, the larger ones use a motor to wind a spring for the breaker type, but yes, Kohler is solenoid based.

Ok, it's all in the nomenclature. Some people call the solenoid a motor, that;s why I responded as I did. What you are describing (with internal spring charge motor) we call a "breaker pair" ATS. And yes the Decision Maker MPAC 1500 can control two circuit breakers but he did not say that. That is why we need the nameplate info off the ATS so we know exactly what he has. Problem is that a lot of people don't even know where to find it.
BTW I have seen a Kohler logic package control a 4000A Zenith contactor (not a breaker pair) so it has nothing to do with ATS size.

Yes, as usual, we don’t have enough info to know what they are asking.
