If I have KWh report month to month for a year how can i get a power demand factor

You can't if kWh/mo is all it has on it. You need maximum demand if you are wanting to use 22.87 for existing loads determination.

Smart$ is correct. However, the new smart meters are incredibly powerful. At the POCO I retired from we changed all meters to smart a couple of years ago. We unlocked the data available to customers incrementally. Daily kwh usage was available as was peak 15 minute demand. Depending on which POCO serves your customer, if they've installed smart meters (most have by now), and how much data is easily accessible, getting peak demand info - formerly difficult to impossible for a residential service - might be very doable.

If your bill says you used 1000 kWhr you have no idea if it was evenly distributed over the month, or if it was all used in a 10 minute period and nothing else was used the rest of the month, or if there were several high and low usage periods.
