L/T breaker setting for a 375 kW load bank

I have a 375 kW load bank for a new diesel generator. The main load bank breaker to protect the load bank is a 600AF/AT. For a 375 kW load bank the FLA is 451A, and the proposed long time p/u setting for the breaker is 468A. This is a ratio of only 1.03%, normally I am use to 1.25% of protection for downstream equipment. So does anyone see an issue, with the 468A setting?

Load banks are usually not started under full load all at once would that matter?
