I have a customer that had another contractor run some conduit around his yard and under driveways for future landscape lighting. Now the customer wants me to install low voltage lighting and 110v lighting using these conduit chases. Can I pull 110v lighting and low voltage lighting in the same 1 1/2" pvc? This is a residence and both lighting voltages are fed from the same source.

No problem. The UF cable has a jacket on it so it is okay.

You could have an issue if the low voltage lighting is classified as a class 2 or 3 circuit and you use a class 2 or 3 wiring method.
