Do they have a label material that wraps and holds well to wire?

I don't have much experience using it on wires. Typically I would use it more for labeling in panels and devices and such. But from my experience the labels do hold fairly well.

i am looking at "designed" wire labels manufactured for individual cable identification purposes and how easily they come off the cables???? i would be a little worried about a general purpose label considering how much it might cost to return to an installation to re-install unlabeled cables. at the cost of label books, $7 to $9 each, that they would last a while????????

This came as a flier to my house, just this week. It continues to amazes me, how signing up for one magazine can lead to unsolicated literature!

While you can get some inexpensive knockoff's its my understanding that this company's product line is one of the top guns.

Mileage and wallet size may vary!

As you can see from the previous link they recommended a Dymo.

I looked online and some place had a deal with the Rhino 6500 for $300 with a Rhino 6000 and some other smaller label machine for free. It works really nice, I take a laptop to the site and print labels as I need them.

I am using heat shrink and would not recommend those if you are on a budget. They are $25 for a 5ft roll.

Let me know if you need the name of the place I bought the stuff and I will look it up for you.
