Does 408(4)(B) require source labelling on loadcenters serving single family residences in a highrise?

I would say yes. And I would put it on the inside of the panelboard's enclosure's door. High rises are typically considered multifamily dwelling units.
IF you look at the definitions, I think you will agree that a high rise would meet the definition of multifamily dwelling unit

A building that contains three or more dwelling units. (CMP-1)"
