Hello,

I would like to know if there is an application/software which I could use to check the PLC Ladder logic for circuit breaker control.

Like the other post asked, what is the manufacturer and model# of the PLC you
want to program. This will determine what ladder logic program you need.
The old GE Fanuc model 9030 used ladder logic to control air frame circuit breaker pairs in automatic transfer schemes for emergency gensets. The phone co out here used them in their switchgear to back up their central offices and data centers. The 9030 is still being built today but they have since gone to using a Window's based program which is more user friendly. Ladder logic is old school, why are you interested in it ? :? Are you trying to check/ modify an existing system or designing a new one? If you are going to a new system then check this:
