landing more than one ground on a 1/4x20 bonding stud

A heater that arrived on the job site has 5 grounds all with stack-on crimps landing on 1-1/4x20 post with a nut holding all them secure. Is there any code issue with this installation?

Nothing obvious jumps out at me. You can stack as many lugs as you want unless the manufacturer's instructions state otherwise.

The only thing I can think of that may be at issue is...

250.144 Multiple Circuit Connections. Where equipment
is grounded and is supplied by separate connection to more
than one circuit or grounded premises wiring system, an
equipment grounding conductor termination shall be provided
for each such connection as specified in 250.134 and
250.138.

If this is factory wiring the NEC doesn't apply.
