Boss is bidding one o' dem large blue box places - any words of advice?

Don't re-invent the wheel, go look at some existing ones and really check out how they where done.
In this area only a few ECs where doing them, we have one foreman that has done 15 or 16 and he has them down pat. Of course it may be years before they need another in this area.
I did the F/A on one and I did not notice any standout issues with the electrical systems.
Here the fire alarm and security is a separate bid then the electrical but we usually do both.

It doesnt seem you can even change the tire pressure?

I was digging through the plans today for anything glaring - found a handful of items. i.e. 'conduit as indicated' on FA there did not seem to be any???? Yet most AHJ round this neck require it... (got to check specifically...)
Anyway I know a few have done them out here in the ether-world, and thinkI remember a few who mentioned 'run-not-walk' - was wondering why?
