What is the largest commercially available 120/240 VAC single phase panel board? I am looking to distribute secondary of 250 KVA utility transformer to multiple loads, ideally with service rated, 1000A panelboard. But maybe this does not exist? I don't see it in Eaton or SquareD catalogs.

I believe that all manufacturers can supply any of their 1200A panelboards with a 'single-phase label', but it may need to be factory assembled
 
Thanks Jim dungar. It looks like you are correct - I did not page far enough into the catalog to see that the larger PB were available 1 ph 3W.
