When using the Optional Method Calculation, it says The Laundry branch circuits’ load, for dwelling units, is calculated by multiplying number of Laundry branch circuits by 1,500 VA.

So if I have a washer and dryer (separate units) do I need to show a load of 3,000 VA.

Also, what if my load for the washer and dryer is 15AMP at 120V each.

Do I need to add the difference of VA to the load calculation
 
Not unless the dryer is connected to a 120V circuit. That laundry calculation only takes into account the circuits for 210.11(C)(1) which only covers the receptacles in 210.52(G) which are 125V.

Specifically B(3) points out clothes driers not plugged into those circuits need to use the nameplate rating.
