Layin lug to Steel Flange

Can i just use any lay-in lugs to bond to steel frame? would the lay-in lugs (picture below works)? what do you recommend? Thank you

I'm pretty sure that any listed lug can be used. Any reason why you want the lay in style?

There are flange column and HSS, but it is more convenient in HSS, so I plan to use the Lay-in lugs to the HSS.
