Ok so often cat 5 etc. cabling is allowed, per spec, to run unprotected above concealed ceilings.
Is there anything in the code regarding class 2 cable running "free air"( without conduit) above concealed ceiling?

Return Air Duct ("Plenum Rated") -- if the ceiling is the return Air Duct.

So we do not put poisonous wire insulation into the air circulation.

Add edit -- also on its own hangers / supports -- generally NOT the ceiling hanger wire, and NOT laying on the tiles.

I think it was a typo for LV.
