I have an old pre WWI lead (not to lead a horse to drink), feeder wires to an old building that may require new fittings to be installed for mounting to a disconnect. What are the rules for lead wire: can it be used in a traditional landing lug, does it need anti-ox like aluminum, soldered fittings required, can regular split bolts be used to connect to copper wire for extending???????:?
